My husband and I are simple couple who had established a budget for our renovation and not wanting to overspend as we do not want to take a renovation loan. We reached out to Hamid & Sons Interior Design because they have this BTO package that seems to fit our budget and needs. We were assigned to their design consultant name Stanley. We feel most comfortable interacting with Stanley who demonstrate good professionalism answering our endless questions with great understanding and patience. He understands our budget constraint and still attend to us fully despite our cancelling some of the items due to our budget. We took some time to choose Hamid & Sons because we had explored other renovations company. We were upfront with Stanley and inform him that we are looking at other renovations company. We are happy with our choice. Even some add ons we told Stanley we can only wait for our bonus or additional savings - he responded encouragingly and with kind understanding.
