Project Information
Design Consultant and Project Manager: Matt
Housing Type: Landed
Job Scope: Kitchen
Full-height carpentry in a rich walnut finish creates a cohesive and elegant visual language across the kitchen. The cabinetry is designed to maximise storage while maintaining a clean, built-in look, a critical consideration for homeowners investing in premium landed property renovations.
Handle-less panels and integrated storage solutions enhance the minimalist appeal while ensuring practicality. This approach reflects a growing trend in Singapore interior design, where homeowners prioritise both aesthetics and usability.
Warm Contemporary Landed Kitchen Renovation in Singapore
The kitchen’s brushed gold pendant lights introduce a refined layer of warmth, anchoring the island as a natural focal point within the space. Complemented by recessed ceiling lighting, the overall scheme achieves a balanced illumination, bright and functional for daily cooking, yet soft enough to create an inviting atmosphere in the evenings.
Paired with this is a thoughtful selection of materials designed for both performance and longevity in Singapore’s humid climate. The use of sintered stone countertops offers exceptional durability, with resistance to heat, stains, and moisture, making it ideal for high usage landed home kitchens. Combined with moisture resistant carpentry, the space is built to withstand daily wear while maintaining its clean, seamless appearance over time.
