Grand Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

1. This lucky draw is conducted by Hamid & Sons Interior Design, UEN: 40432500M, 18 Marsiling Industrial Estate Road 9 #01-08 Singapore 739173

2. The lucky draw is open to residents of Singapore aged 18 years or over except employees of Hamid & Sons Interior Design and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation.

3. Every $1000 spent on a sign-up equates to one entry.

4. By entering this lucky draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5. Closing date for entry will be 25 May 2019. After this date no further entries to the lucky draw will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The prizes are as follows: 1st prize $8000, 2nd Prize $3000, 3rd Prize $1000 and consolation prize is $500 for 6 winners

8. The prize is as stated and no other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Winners will be chosen: 25 May 2019, 12:00 PM

10. The winner will be notified by phone within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

11. We will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected

12. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

14. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

15. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Hamid & Sons Interior Design and not to any other party.
