Your Responsibilities Include:

This will be a hands-on position that involves the combination of sales, back-end operations, customer engagements either face-to-face, over the phone or online and administrative tasks ensures an always diverse and interesting portfolio of tasks.

• Keep track of new & existing leads in master file
• Manage, prepare, monitor and update Project Files
• Entering bills from Supplier and preparing cheque for payment
• Basic service support of existing clientele
• Supporting operations management
• Involvement in marketing, financial, and operations projects & campaigns
• Represent the company as the HQ between multiple parties and making arrangements
• Other adhoc duties if required

Requirements

• Excellent command of English, written and oral
• Comfortable working with number
• Accounting background/experience
• Attention to detail with regards to entering, tracking and reviewing numbers
•Able to work independently
• Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask.
• Express strong willingness to learn
• Appreciates open communication

Preference

• Strong computer and internet research skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to plan, organize and develop your own schedule

We welcome candidates that have no prior experience in the industry.
Full theory, On-Site training & Support will be provided.
Candidates with relevant sales experience preferred.
The job requires designer to have a personal laptop with basic excel knowledge.

At Hamid & Sons Interior Design:
• Internal Marketing Leads are provided daily by the company.
• To work independently as well as in a team.
• To be self-driven, motivated and responsible.
• Bonus upon achieving Sales Target.

Responsibilities:

• Artwork creation: brochures, adverts, flyers, business cards and other marketing collateral and preparing artwork for print where necessary.
• Create e-shot designs for e-marketing campaigns.
• Design or adjust artwork and sales documents in line with brand deck.
• Suggest, and make decisions on our marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Ps, Lr, Id)
• Excellent command of English, written and oral
• Good sense of trendy aesthetic.
• Able to think outside the box, creative and possess a problem-solving mentality
• Able to work independently
• Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask.

Preferred but not required:

• Background in Marketing, Communication, or other Business related discipline
• Knowledge of Google Adwords & Facebook Manager (Training will be provided)
• Ability to plan, organize and develop your own schedule
• Able to think outside the box, creative and possess a problem-solving mentality
• 1 Year Working Experience

Responsibilities:

• Managing of social media platforms and company website
• Independently plan and lead customer acquisition campaigns
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data
• Be responsible for all product-related copywriting and content creation needs (website, landing pages, advertisements, etc.)
• Provide detailed and transparent reporting on all aspects of lead acquisition activities including: conversion, opportunity creation, etc.
• Brainstorm & develop new marketing channels and campaign
Perform research into our industries and provide actionable tips and advice for expanding our reach in the digital space
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
• Certain administrative work to be expected

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma/Degree
• Excellent command of English, written and oral
• Knowledge in copywriting skills
• Good sense of trendy aesthetic.
• Able to work independently
• Organized, detail oriented, and ability to multitask.

Preferred but not required:

• Knowledge in Adobe photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator

• Understanding of basic photography principles, especially how to use angles and natural light to compose quality photographs
• Editing and digital image manipulation knowledge
• Paying close attention to detail to ensure photos are clean, uncluttered, and free from visual distractions
• Ensuring photographs are appropriately formatted and optimized for various uses, such as social media or newspaper classified ads
• Performing typical administrative tasks like appointment scheduling, client communications, and maintaining an up-to-date portfolio

•Posting of customer receipts
•Perform clearing for customer advance payments
•Perform invoice verification and posting of supplier invoices
•Prepare payment to third parties/inter-companies
•Process staff and travel reimbursements
•Maintain vendor banking details

•Prepare journal entries, credit notes & debit notes
•Prepare monthly bank accounts reconciliation
•Prepare monthly intercompany accounts reconciliation
•Prepare monthly AR & AP Aging Analysis
•Analyze monthly selling, general & administrative expenses

•Support statutory and regulatory activities (eg. Annual Audit, Budgeting, Tax Filing etc)
Take charge of Fixed Assets register and Capex reporting
Assist to prepare dashboard and working capital reports by segment

Requirements:

•Minimum Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 2 year of relevant working experience
•Good understanding of accounting principles
•Proactive with initiative and positive working attitude
•Ability to multi-task with good time management skills
•Good interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to grow in a dynamic working environment
•Experience with XERO will be a plus
•Competency in PC skills, good Excel skill and software applications
